Make a Difference in the Lives of Seniors: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Needed in Madison, AL

We are hiring for 7am-7pm  or 7pm-7am!

Do you have a passion for caring for others and want to make a real difference in their lives? We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Valleyview Health and Rehabilitation, a premier senior care facility in Madison, Alabama.

In this role, you will:

• Provide quality care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, and wound care.
• Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive comprehensive care.
• Monitor resident health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members.
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Be a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in the state of Alabama.
• Have a minimum of one year of experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Possess strong compassion, empathy, and communication skills.
• Be a team player with a positive and professional attitude.
