In this role, you will:
- Provide quality care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, and wound care.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive comprehensive care.
- Monitor resident health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.

To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in the state of Alabama.
- Have a minimum of one year of experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
